Position Responsibilities – Summary:

Boston-based start-up hosted software service company is looking for experienced, dynamic sales executives with the capacity and energy to build and lead our Banking sales in each region. The successful candidate will be a goal-driven individual who will source our products to Banks and assist in partnering with banking platforms. S/He will communicate and present software solutions to `C' level executives. Additionally, the Regional Director, Banking Sales will communicate customers' needs to the Product Management Team.

Virtual Office position to begin with – Can be located out of most any major city within a region.

Reports to VP, Sales and Bank Partnerships.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelors Degree and 5-10 years of sales experience in banking – Cores Systems – Online Banking etc.

· Direct Sales position – Must be willing to make it happen. · Understanding of on-line banking products

· Strong strategic and tactical leadership skills

· Prior experience selling to 'C' level management and key business partners in the Banking Industry – Target Banks are Smaller, Community type banks up to $5 Billion in Assets (Not Credit Unions)

· Extensive regional contacts with Banking “C” level management – Must be able to pick of the phone and schedule a demo or presentation without difficulty. Sales cycle, weeks, not months – Risk free pricing.

· Strong history as a producer – Repeated success achieving/exceeding quotas – Core Banking Services

· Knowledge and comfort with technology and web delivered applications - must be able to give demos and learn technical product.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Commissions (No Cap) + Equity – Good Benefits Package
