Engineering Department / Responsible for supervising store construction to include preparation of materials, equipment delivery and construction schedules. Develop project proformas and budgets, and monitor expenditures against budgets. Ensure implementation and enforcement of corporate safety program. Assist in the development of construction contract documents and accomplish project closeout. Minimum Qualifications / College degree preferred.Eight years, engineering, construction or related experience.PC skills to include word processing and spreadsheets.Must have good organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Supervisory Experience preferred.
