Student Relations Coordinator (Full-Time)

Tel Aviv University is seeking a full-time Student Relations Coordinator to join the staff of the Office of Academic Affairs in New York. The Office manages marketing and recruiting in the U.S. for the University's School for Overseas Students. For more information visit: www.telavivuniv. org
Responsibilities include:
· Processing and tracking incoming student applications
· Advising current and prospective students on admissions (by mail, email, phone or in person)
· Fielding general inquiries and information requests
· Drafting general letters and informational materials
· Organizing and maintaining files, including documents and database records for programs, students and affiliated universities
· Representing the University at select study abroad fairs nationally
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's Level Degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience, education and/or training (clerical or administrative support).
· Prior work in a college admissions office or experience studying abroad preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
· Able to effectively support multiple projects.
This is a full time (35 hours a week) position, which includes some occasional domestic travel.
Compensation is $35K-$40K with full health and retirement benefits and generous vacation time.
