OU Gets Ready for Passover with Annual Website, www.oupassover.org
The website, which was created in 2006, has been updated for Passover 2010.

New for Passover 2010 include articles such as, “In Search of a Stress-Free Pesach? Try Calling your Local Pesach Organizer,” by Chana Billet, about a new trend of organized women sharing their expertise with those who are more frazzled; and “The Chef’s Table – Healthy Passover Pleasures,” by Norene Gilletz, with new, healthy recipes for Pesach such as low-carb chicken matzah balls, honey ‘n’ herb turkey, and vegetable muffins.
Popular features that have returned from previous years include a fully downloadable Passover Guide, which sorts all the various products, both edible and household items, into two sections of those allowed on Passover and those not kosher for Passover; an expansive database of all OU Kosher for Passover products; and a section of frequently asked questions and answers on common Passover food inquiries.
