Among the issues raised were the need to support Israel in the fight against Arab terror; the Iranian nuclear threat; homeland security needs for synagogues and day schools; the burden faced by yeshiva parents and the hope for more governmental aid to day schools or families of day school students; the need to protect the rights of the Sabbath observant in the workplace; and the unique requirements of Orthodox Jewish families with children with special needs.
