OU’s Executive Director and Administrator Conference

The OU is excited to announce our Synagogue Executive Directors Conference will be held on February 4th– 6th, 2024, in Boca Raton, Florida.

 

The conference has been designed to facilitate a mix of the following benefits:
1.    Networking opportunities for Shul professionals to spend quality time together.
2.    Important content on relevant and meaningful topics for Synagogue leadership.
3.    Allowing participants to step out of their comfort zone and grow as professionals.

Conference Information

Cost: The conference rate is $500 and $450 for first-time attendees.
 
Hosts: The Boca Jewish Center and Boca Raton Synagogue will be the host Shuls. Programming will take place at both these Shuls as well as outside locations.
 
Accommodation: We have arranged several options in the Boca Raton area:
•     The Wyndham Boca Raton hotel is giving us a rate of $229 +tax per night.

•     SpringHill Suites Boca Raton Hotel is giving us a special rate of $199+tax per night. To make reservations at SpringHill, please call 1-888-236-2427 and advise the agent you are part of the ‘Orthodox Union Group February 2024’.
If you have a Marriott Bonvoy number, please provide it to the Agent.
 
Itinerary: The conference begins on Sunday afternoon (02/4) at 2:30pm and ends on Tuesday afternoon (02/06) at 4:00pm.
When planning travel arrangements, please try ensure you are able to attend the entire program.
 
Can I come if I’m not an Executive Director?
YES!! If you are the person responsible for running the operations of your shul – you need to be here!

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Many of the expenses that the OU pays in advance to our vendors are non-refundable. Therefore, we have developed the following refund schedule to help us cover some of those non-refundable expenses should you need to cancel your participation in the program. (Please note- the policy delineated below is only applicable to the registration fee paid to the OU. For flight, hotel, rental car or other reservations, please contact the vendor directly.)
Upon cancellation, please notify our office by phone or email immediately. However, refunds are processed solely upon receipt of WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to the OU. To accomplish this, you may send us an email (using the email address we have for you on file) with your official notice of cancellation.
If your written cancellation is received after January 16, 2024 payments are no longer refundable.
