presented for nurturing more fulfilling marriages. Participants will
learn a variety of skills and approaches to help strengthen PRESENTERS: Rabbi Reuven Bulka, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and spiritual leader of Congregation Machzikei Hadas in Ottawa, Ontario. He has written extensively in the fields of psychology, religion and health, including the book Jewish Marriage: A Halachic Ethic. Dr. Bulka is also the host of popular television and radio programs in Canada. Barry Holzer, M.D. is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with extensive training in family and marital therapy. He applies an eclectic systemic approach to his practice which includes individual and family therapy as well as psychopharmacology. Dr. Holzer is a co-founder of NEFESH, the International Network of Orthodox Mental Health Professionals, and director of the Center for Attention Deficit and Behavior Disorders (Brooklyn & Queens). Aryeh Pamensky is the Director of the Pamensky Relationship Institute in Canada, Toronto, which is dedicated to providing strategies to couples for creating extraordinary marriages. His humorous and creative presentation puts marriage into a realistic perspective that everyone can relate to and creates a fun-filled, entertaining, and practical evening. Aryeh has appeared extensively in print, on radio and TV.
Rachel Pill, LCSW is the co-founder and co-director of the Long Island Guidance and Wellness Center and has a private therapy practice in Cedarhurst, Long Island. Mrs. Pill teaches and lectures across America and Israel on a variety of social issues including parenting, pre-marital education, and marital issues. Aliza Septimus is the Assistant Director at the Child and Family Institute, Department of Psychiatry at St. Lukes- Roosevelt Hospital, as well as being an instructor in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. She has a private practice in Cedarhurst and has lectured extensively on topics regarding relationships, parenting, and childhood and adolescence. ENHANCES the marriage relationship by teaching and exploring new communication skills, respect, intimacy and closeness. TEACHES participants how to enjoy sharing their lives with each other and how to make time for each other.
