The burgeoning NCSY PROGRAM
reaches thousands of teens up and
down the West Coast. The highly
successful activities at the NCSY
Rubin Teen Center have inspired and
encouraged the creation of new teen
drop-in centers in Phoenix; Portland, Oregon;
Richmond, Canada; Seattle,
Washington; and Vancouver, Canada. The activities, the
outreach and the enthusiasm
