In Israel thousands of families spent their summer in bomb Shelters amidst whaling air raid sirens and rocket explosions.

While the rockets have stopped flying, the sounds and images of terror will continue for many of Israel's children. The effects of their experience will be lasting.

In the coming months, the 30 regional offices of the OU's Israel center will provide the support needed to help these children once again feel secure. Counseling, support groups, activities and programs for parents will help smooth the transition to normalcy.
