Our program will be led by Rabbi Yonah Bookstein with Rabbi Shlomo Seidenfeld, Cheston Mizel, Rachel Bookstein, Lou Shapiro, Chaim Goldberger and other guests!

National Jewish Outreach Program (NJOP)
NJOP has the resources to help your Synagogue plan a Beginners Service with both a full length and an abridged version available for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Materials available include leader guides and participant materials, along with prayer outlines, both as wall posters and participant handouts. Free online courses to help prepare beginners for Yamim Noraim services JIS has an extensive online High Holidays Handbook course geared toward adults with little or no prior Jewish education, organized according to themes, prayers, laws and customs of the Yamim Noraim. Mekoros Research Center announces its inaugural presentation for Jewish educators, “Defining Teshuvah,” at www.jiseducators.org. The presentation can be downloaded at the site, by clicking on the “File Library” link and then choosing the Educator’s Presentation link (US letter or A4 paper size). A stand-alone source sheet is also downloadable.
